What I Wore

In Leisure

I’ve been inspired by H&M‘s sold out glittery athleisure wear  you have probably spotted worn by June Ambrose and Kourtney Kardashian. Seriously, I’m borderline obsessed! I’ve been scouring the internet looking for wares to replicate a luxe athleisure look. While I’m still on the hunt for the perfect pieces, I came across these sporty striped pants. The fit is amazing and I adore the side slits; which are a great way to show off your shoes. These pants are on sale for a crazy low price. I’ve linked them below. One thing I’ve learned about shopping for athletic gear is to not be afraid to hit up the juniors section in stores. You’d be surprised to see what you find there.

In the past, I’ve talked about my love hate-relationship with athletic wear receiving this elevated makeover; but I’m here for it! The 2017 athleisure look is more thoughtful than simply throwing on leggings, sweatshirt and a baseball cap. Luxury brands such as Gucci and Givenchy are also getting in on this trend. While these brands may be out of your price point (they certainly are for me) you can get the look from affordable brands such as H&M, ASOS and many others.
